This PR tries to simplify the Dockerfile and adds a .dockerignore file to help streamline builds.
This is just me trying to speed up builds by having a simpler layer structure and caching the go mod download step. I'm not sure exactly how well this will work, but I wanted to submit a PR to try it. 🔧
