Write a job description for a TAG member

Components:

• Has a good sense of the current and desired architectures of the web, and can apply that to particular feature additions and modifications.
• 1 day/week
• Able to do design reviews (i.e. low-level technical expertise) or lead some TAG members in a project (i.e. confidence in a direction and ability to engage people)
• What else?

Able to mediate conflicts (for councils and other conflict dispute we have)
Able to communicate clearly and concisely with a broad audience

We should be sure to clearly distinguish necessary traits from bonus features, to partially mitigate the problem that men tend to apply when we meet 1 of the requirements, while women tend to only apply if they meet all of them.

I think clear writing is probably essential, while mediation is probably nice-to-have: we don't need everyone to be able to lead a mediation, although we do need everyone to be able to participate constructively.
