Breaks

• Making translations of the WCAG json data based on previous version does not work anymore due to changes of new specification structure and json structure.

  A workaround to translate is to copy the updated app/wcag2spec/wcag2-en.json to a app/wcag2spec/wcag2-XX.json (where XX stands for a languagecode) and replace text with text from an official translated WCAG 2.1 specification https://www.w3.org/Translations/#s-WCAG21
