* Drop extraneous article

Caught during the AC review for approval of Process 2025

* fix stray reference to "the" member agreement

As discussed in #879, as templates for the member agreement evolve over
time, each member has their own agreement, and there isn't a singular
member agreement.

* Adjust word order for better readability
* Add missing comma
* Correct pluralization
* Disammbiguate pronoun
* Use clearer terminology
* Crosslink
* Improve syntax
