Editorial: Broken HTML and DOM references

• We currently have a 3 ReSpec errors with the following broken references: active document, ancestor browsing context and active documents.
• It also seems to me that the term browsing context does not link to the HTML definition but links another reference in HTML. Not sure which other external spec links have the same problem.
