Font fallback for (Unicode) decomposable characters is browser-dependent
Added a comment on the issue as below:
[text-spacing-trim] Missing punctuations for Simplified Chinese (China)?
At the meeting we agreed to comment that “?”and ”!”are always full-width in Japanese typography. However, the described behavior might also be useful for the Japanese case. Filed #67 for further discussions. Related to CSS Text Module Level 4, 8.5.2 text-spacing character classes.
Allow sideways-x and vertical-x to share a block formatting context?
Murakami-san kindly explained that it is. No specific comment from JLReq TF.
Suggestion: Support Unicode Character Sequences in unicode-range
It can be useful, although there is no specific comment from JLReq TF.
FYI: CSS Snapshot 2024
The work is ongoing. It is used by epub. No specific comment from JLReq TF.
FYI: css text-autospace in webkit
According to this comment, the work to support text-autospace in webkit is ongoing. It is a good news.
The glyphs of punctuation marks do not match the requirements for Chinese text layout
The same issue exists in Japanese layout. The JLReq TF intends to take action, although no specific plan has been formulated yet.

Issues assigned to JLReq
Script Resource Page
Kida commented that although we decided JLReq-d would not strictly follow the structure, we acknowledge there will be cases where someone is interested in a specific feature and wants to look it up within JLReq-d. We need to be mindful of this need as we develop JLReq-d. The team generally agreed.
Publish new version of jlreq?
Let’s make a progress. todo: Shimono-san.
