[meta] Blockers for Gecko EditContext implementation

This is a meta-issue to track which spec issues are blocking for Gecko to ship EditContext.

Current blocking issues:

• Can we remove TextFormat.textColor? #54
• Should beforeinput be fired for composition? If so what should the target ranges be? #133
• How should canvas EditContext be made accessible? #139
• Improve discussion of accessibility in explainer #136
• Expect getTargetRanges() to be non-empty for DOM-based EditContext. web-platform-tests/wpt#60326

Not necessarily blockers, but would be nice to get resolution:

• Improve timing for Update the Text Edit Context #127 (currently only affects timing of compositionend events when the active EditContext changes in the middle of a composition, so probably won't cause very many issues)
