Non modal dialog use cases

Dockable windows

example - Zoom (Chat/Transcript/Participants etc)

All of these regions can be either docked (where I would mark up as a named landmark region) or "popped out" where it is a non-modal dialog

Virtual Assistant chats

These generally appear inline but the non-modal dialog can be moved around the page. Often they can be "popped out" into a different browser window.
