@mrkvon do you find the information gathered here sufficient to know what inputs and outputs are needed?
Once affiliations representatives get chance to designate specific voters, I think https://github.com/w3c-cg/solid/blob/main/elections/2025/affiliation-designated-voters.md will need to be in the directory to generate the final list of eligible voters which I can send to W3C staff.

@thhck You are a candidate in this election. Propriety would demand that you cannot be a part of the conduct of elections.

@CxRes in 2023 both @VirginiaBalseiro and I were candidates and we both helped to run this process.
This year I explicitly requested that all candidates help with the process. Do you see any specific part where anyone volunteering to help with the process could intentionally or accidentally skew it? I don't think it matters if it is a regular CG participant, candidate or current chair, there should be no opening for any one person to change the results.
