Allow Vehicle Enter on Flight Mode

Describe the solution you'd like
When using Flight Mode I would like to be able to just enter the vehicle WITHOUT having to disable the flight mode first.

Additional context
I uses this feature almost the entire game session.
And often I use flight mode which also allows me to speed travel to catch up to a vehicle to stop it real quick.
Having to always press "J" key to just to hop in the vehicle is a pain and sometimes I can't stop a vehicle in time because I have to fiddle with the controls/keyboard and J to stop, then enter vehicle. Basically its always a 2 step process.
Can you add the ability to just jump in a vehicle without having to use J to disable flight mode at all?
