Added DWARGS to start.sh (#2)

* Added DWARGS in start.sh
This was one can pass any argument to direwolf executable
Main reason I added this is to be able to add -t 0 (no color for logs) :)

add DW_STANDALONE for W4SPN's digipeater

Reserve ~ for comment substitution
