- Fix mktime() bug on db2 by casting to double
- Added working binding.gyp
- Updated TODO/COMPLETE sections in README.md
- Fix bindparams to work with strings
- Fix tables() and columns() to use proper callback
- Added several tests which use the sqlite driver
