Replaced SQLExecDirect with SQLPrepare, SQLBindParameter and SQLExecute, changed Database.query() to take an optional array of parameter values as its second argument.

Here is a pull request which should close issues #9 and #11.
Unfortunately, this will break compiling on 0.4.x. I will have to suggest that anyone who wants to compile on 0.4.x should checkout tag v0.0.2.
@w1nk, you should probably pull tags from my master branch and push them to yours. We may want to document this too.
