With #53, we can add support for blinding and signing a partial transaction in the new v2 format (spec).
Therefore, we need to add 2 new methods to the IdentityInterface and consequently to its implementations:
signPsetV2(psetBase64: string): Promise<string> this method acts similarly to the v0 version, but uses the new APIs of the psetv2 package.
blindPsetV2(psetBase64: string, lastBlinder: boolean, ownedInputs?: OwnedInput[]): Promise<string> this method uses the new APIs of the confidential and psetv2 packages to generate and add the blinding data of the inputs' issuances and outputs that requires so to the given partial transaction. It expects a flag for acting as (non-)last blinder and also an eventual list of (non-)owned inputs to either include inputs not owned by the identity or to skip the unblinding of those owned if already done previously.
Since the blinding process is the same for any implementation, the concrete blinding function can be added only once to the Identity class, similarly to what's been done for the v0 version.
