[Bug Report][3.9.4] Stepper header text alignment depends on subtitle length

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.9.4
Vue Version: 3.5.18
Browsers: Firefox 141.0
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

Create a stepper with multiple header items. Ensure one of the header items has a subtitle which is longer than the title. The title will be centered, while in all other cases, the content will seem to be left-aligned.

Expected Behavior

The stepper header title is left-aligned (start-aligned)

Actual Behavior

The stepper header title becomes centered

This is caused by a short title rather than by a long subtitle, changing the content is not an option.
