[Bug Report][3.8.12] File input overflows on long filename

Vuetify Version: 3.8.12
Vue Version: 3.5.17
Browsers: Edge 139.0.0.0
OS: Windows

Steps to reproduce

Selected a file with a very long name, the filename will overflow the boundary of the File Input

Expected Behavior

Filename is truncated

The field overflows

Hi! I think I might have a solution for this overflow issue.

What if we add overflow-x: auto to .v-field__input? This would allow horizontal scrolling for long filenames instead of them overflowing.

.v-field__input {
  overflow-x: auto;
}

This would need to be added in the VField SASS file (src/components/VField/VField.sass) if we want it by default.

Would a horizontal scrollbar be problematic for UX in this case?
