[Bug Report][3.8.3] Date picker not allowing today date to be selected if min and max dates are both today

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.8.3
Last working version: 3.7.18
Vue Version: 3.5.13
Browsers: Edge 135.0.0.0
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

Set both the :min and :max props to today's date and see that today's date is disabled and not selectable in the picker.

Expected Behavior

Expect today's date to be selectable, and to be the only selectable date in the calendar.

Actual Behavior

Today's date is not selectable.

Retracting this for now because it's not working in my previous version either. Maybe it's not intended to work and was changed at some point.

This is definitely a bug, min and max are exclusive so if they're the same I'd expect that day to still be valid.
