[Bug Report][3.8.3] VStepperVertical - next/prev text has no impact

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.8.3
Vue Version: 3.5.13
Browsers: Chrome 134.0.0.0
OS: Mac OS 10.15.7

Steps to reproduce

Change the next-text property.

Expected Behavior

Setting next-text or prev-text should change the actions text (which works as expected in the non-vertical stepper).

Actual Behavior

The actions remain "Next" and "Previous".
