[Bug Report][3.7.5] VSelect menu opens on its own when resetting options when it has focus

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.7.5
Vue Version: 3.5.13
Browsers: Chrome 134.0.0.0
OS: Mac OS 10.15.7

Steps to reproduce

1. Open playground
2. Select an option and wait
3. Observe menu opening on its own

Expected Behavior

Menu should not open if items are updated.

Actual Behavior

Menu opens if items are updated.

From the mentioned issue:

The menu stays empty. Closing and re-opening the menu makes the items appear._

If the menu is open and options are updated, updating items makes sense.

But opening the menu when its closed look like a bug.

I think this is a bug. https://play.vuetifyjs.com/playgrounds/6SFbsA They're trying to simulate a behavior where after selecting a value, the list is cleared and then changed. It inexplicably opens the select list when the list changes.
