[Feature Request] v-btn-toggle is horizontal only

Problem to solve

v-btn-toggle should be vertical too

Proposed solution

if is present the "vertical" attribute

height total should become "auto"
height of every v-btn should become 3em

styles (border corners) should change accordingly

Doesn't seem like the most difficult thing to implement. Would be willing to take a contribution.

Thank you for the links I didn't know of, I'll read them carefully.

Personally I think vertical grouped buttons could be very useful.

"Select" action is often vertically executed.

"Radios" and "Checkboxes" are vertical by default

With this feature they could morph, being horizontal or vertical accordingly to space available, eg.

"vertical" attribute name is a bit naif, I couldn't think anything better.
