What is the process to test this? Do I need to locally link this to the playground?

I tested it both ways: directly within the vue-repl using test folder, and by linking it to the playground.

To link it locally, I had to remove the existing @vue/repl dependency from the playground and update the name field in vuetifyjs/vue-repl package.json to @vue/repl.
Alternatively, using the file: protocol worked for me as well.

noticed some of the dep versions look a bit off, I’ll double check and adjust them as needed.
For example the vue language server shouldn’t be bumped to version 2
