My Account page update without changes

When you change value of any field on either My Profile, My Shipping Details or My Newsletter sections of My Account page, and press Update button, it fairly updates the info by sending it to the backend. But after you've done so, press Edit button and without changing any values press Update button. The info is sent to the backend again, even though there was no change this time. This bug shows up if you don't switch pages and stay on the same page and continously press Edit and Update buttons.
Also, on My Newsletter section this bug always shows up, even if you switch pages. So, just pressing Edit button and then pressing Update button, without changing any values, always sends info to the backend.
