The Table of Contents is created not properly when paragraph is a link

Bug report

As the title says, paragraphs which are links aren't handled by [[toc]] properly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create paragraph using markdown, for example: [I'm an inline-style link](https://www.google.com)
2. You will see that link in the Table of Contents isn't proper.

What is expected?

Link in the Table of Contents should be proper.

What is actually happening?

Link in the Table of Contents isn't be proper.
