Monaco Editor: cursor position is reset when the state is saved

This issue can be reproduced in the current live version of the repl: https://repl-vuejs.vercel.app/

With Monaco Editor, every time the state of the editor is saved (whether the URL hash update is setup or not), the cursor gets repositioned to the beginning of the file.

This behavior is not shown using Codemirror.
