What problem does this feature solve?

I integrated the CSS Language Service from Microsoft (https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-css-languageservice) into my project, but it was throwing unknownAtRules errors in Neovim. To resolve this, I disabled its validation by setting css.validate = false, since I'm using a different language server for validation. However, after adding @vue/language-server, the unknownAtRules errors have returned.

What does the proposed solution look like?

@vue/language-server should acknowledge the css.validate = false setting in the CSS Language Service or provide a way to set css.validate = false in its configuration to disable it.

Where are the options that the language server can take? Documentation should be provided.
