Introducing issue templates makes it easier for less experienced users to submit useful issues for their first time, hopefully increasing the number of issues we receive.
Providing the links to docs and the Discord server in the issues tab hopefully improves the number of people providing feedback on docs and joining the Discord server to ask relevant questions.
