This deploys the object store resource from the barman cloud plugin.
This configures the barman cloud plugin via the forked helmchart.
The backup schedule was missing from the composite status since SetDesiredCompositeStatus was never called.

This uses the upstream PR's chart configuration to deploy the barman object store and its associated cluster configuration
