This extension won't build currently won't build as the
vscodepackage itself is deprecated and the version of thevscodepackage in use doesn't work.Changes made in this PR will fix the build process by upgrading the necessary dependencies.
Sadly, however, with the most recent packages for testing vscode (
@vscode/test-electronor@vscode/test-web), performing code coverage doesn't seem to be possible.
