Added `liteSurchargeAccrualsLong`, `liteSurchargeAccrualsShort`, `cgtWithholdingAccruals`, `cgtWithholdingAccrualsLong`, and `cgtWithholdingAccrualsShort` to `EquitySummaryByReportDateInBase` dataclass in `ibflex/Types.py` to fix parsing errors reported in issue #132. Fix parsing error for EquitySummaryByReportDateInBase by adding missing fields:
