Documentation on how to add a plugin to a docker container

Hello

I tried to connect to an instance of MongoDB, and I got this error:

None of the supported PHP extensions (mongo, mongodb) are available.

I searched the doc site, and in the plugins page nothing is mentioned on how to use that plugin in a docker container based on the official adminer image.

Can you please add the documentation?

This seems like you don't even have the PHP extensions enabled. I will document how to get the drivers plugins working in Adminer as it's slightly cumbersome right now. But I'm not going to document how to enable PHP extensions or how to wire it in Docker. I don't know much about Docker so please report this also at https://github.com/TimWolla/docker-adminer, it might need some change from them.

I've added a sentence to https://www.adminer.org/en/plugins/#use. It works like this in Adminer 5.1.0 and the upcoming 5.2.0 but it's more complicated in 5.1.1.
