It's kind of ban? So it's dangerous to use bing_brush?

I tried to clear cookies, no result. Still getting this panda. Switching browsers also doesn't help

P.S. On mobile phone works fine, but on tablet the same issues as on PC

8 hrs later problem solved: panda popup disappeared.
