vacuum as routine task

I would like to clean up entries older than n days.
A cleanup option $vacuum_time='35d' which results in a daily cron entry
```
journalctl --vacuum-time=35d 
```
would be fine.
One could consider --vacuum-size and --vacuum-files, too.
