When can we expect a new version?

The last tag (v14.0.0) is from september 2022, thats almost two years ago. I see some PRs have been merged that allow updated dependencies such as stdlib v9 since then (https://github.com/voxpupuli/puppet-collectd/compare/v14.0.0...master). 

When can we expect a new version here and mainly on forge? The state of the current master branch is a bit unclear to me.
