This is needed because Travis-CI has problems with git+ssh URLs. Fixes voxpupuli#92.
This commit fixes the invalid json file facts/2.5/fedora-28-x86_64.facts and adds support for Fedora 28 to Vagrantfile and get_facts. Fixes voxpupuli#91.

This PR contains multiple commits because i don't like broken CIs ;)
First and foremost, this PR adds Gentoo Facts for Facter 2.5 because @bastelfreak asked for them in voxpupuli/puppet-zabbix#535.
While trying to test my change i realized that the current master is broken because of two things:
