Invalid language attribute for blog item and content

Blog list /blog/ anchor tags have `lang=en` even when some articles are in Dutch e.g. http://localhost:3000/nl/blog/vrienden-voorhoede-bas-de-vleeschhouwer/ , think we can remove the attribute completely?

And on the page itself there is also a lang tag on `main` which should be configured for a blog post.
