Add a field for the translation context.

I think it would be a good idea to add a text field to the plugin settings for the translation context, where you could describe the project in a few sentences. So that chatgpt understands in what context to translate. I saw something similar in the Localise service.

Added a prompt setting for OpenAI. This is usefull to add a description of the project or change the prompt in any other way
