Citation & Minor updates

v1.2 Release

The main reason for this release is: The DMT paper is finally getting published at Pattern Recognition!

Other than that, there are also some minor updates:

• Updated citation bibtex
• Updated dependencies
• Provided an alternative link to download COCO-pretrained weights (the official link seems dead at some point) #13

Multi-GPU & DDP supports & minor bug fixes

A major update #9 has been merged.
Now distributed training is supported based on Accelerate.
