it would be great if there was a setting to show the full path instead of just the filename in the win title.

something like this?

with "full path" I mean something like this:

C:\PC\Pictures\screenshot_20250723-153714.png

I have put on my TODO list:

When loading items from different paths, use the full path and name in the window caption.
This could also be made smarter by removing the common prefix.
eg: no need to show C:\PC if all images are from C:\PC, just show Pictures\screenshot_20250723-153714.png or another-subfolder\other.jpg

hi, I actually think that it would be better to show the full path with C: included.

MPC-HC and Notepad++ have similar settings:

MPC-HC	Notepad++

when you enable the "full path" option in both programs, it shows the full path with C: included, too.

you can find those settings here, if you want to test them:

• MPC-HC: View --> Options --> Player
• Notepad++: Settings --> Preferences --> MISC.

(in Notepad++, you actually have to un-check that option to show the full path... it's reversed, lol)

voidImageViewer 1.0.0.14 adds a simple hidden ini setting to set the title bar format:

Exit voidImageViewer (File -> Exit)
Open your %APPDATA%\voidImageViewer\voidImageViewer.ini
Change the following line:
title_bar_format=0
where 0 can be one of the following values:
0 = fullpath
1 = filename only
2 = none
Save changes and restart voidImageViewer.

I have put on my TODO list to make this a UI option.
