Link classes & properties to existing definitions

Problem: For mail, birthdate, etc. already exist good definitions. By linking them to existing "strong" definitions, it helps future applications to better handle data.

Example (s):
sf:birthdate owl:equivalentProperty schema:birthDate
sf:Contact owl:equivalentClass pc:Contract (not sure if it is really semantically equivalent)

This task can be rather hard, so I would only do it as far as semantically equivalent concepts/properties are "at hand".
