Feature suggestion: Resurrect the Telecrapper 2000

The original was a complicated mass of wires, but did one thing right while previous pre-recordings failed: it let the caller speak before 'replying' with the next section of the recording.

Who knows if it'll land in today's day and age, but now that it's possible to (easily) do it all in vocode it would make a nice 'cultural full circle'.
