Basic Logging Presenter

As a user, I want to see progress info logged in logs on some time interval so that I can debug or monitor basic activities easily especially in Cloud (Log Insight, Kibana)

Acceptance Criteria:
- Progress information is logged at configurable intervals.
- Logging is clear and easy to understand but not too verbose  
- Test cases confirm that logging meets the specified criteria.
