Expose TCE's version in the tanzu version command

Feature Request

We pull in the tanzu CLI builds, so tanzu version will show the version that related to TKG.

The only visible way to really know that someone is using TCE versus TKG is the presence of the package (for now) and standalone-cluster plugins. These do not have versions shown right now.

We need some way to check what version of TCE someone is using to be able to capture this for triaging and other needs.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Only other alternative is to track what package was used to install TCE.

Additional context

This came up in a user reported issue. We realized other than them know what they installed, there was no way to validate that based on anything they could run on their system. At least not easily.

This will be more important once consumers start using/upgrading to a 'tce.next' version.

Exposing this in tanzu version is an excellent idea.

This would make a great first issue for anyone who has bandwidth to contribute.

For now, I’ll move this issue into the icebox. We’ll continue to evaluate this issue for prioritization in future milestones. In the meantime, we welcome contributions!
