fix pyvcloyd import which changed. cf. https://github.com/vmware/pyvcloud/blob/master/pyvcloud/vcd/nsxt_extension.py#L23
fix example.
this module should also deal with trustedCertificates as it's required to import NSX-T Manager certificate before registering it...
