User Story
As a trip participant, I want to see the top 3 shortlisted listings on a podium after the organiser reveals results, so that the group can identify the favourite options.
Acceptance Criteria
- Podium displays the 3 highest-rated listings based on average member scores
- Tiebreaker: the listing with the most Tier 5 Top pick votes ranks higher
- Listings with status badges (Unavailable, Over budget) remain on the podium with their badge visible
- The podium reflects the last reveal snapshot -- it does not update in real time between reveals
- Visible to read-only visitors (last revealed snapshot)
