User Story
As an organiser, I want to manually trigger the podium reveal, so that I control when the group sees the aggregated voting results.
Acceptance Criteria
- A Reveal podium button is available to the organiser at any time
- On reveal, a snapshot of the current vote averages is published to all members
- Between two reveals, members can continue voting and updating their tier list privately
- There is no limit on the number of reveals
- All members including read-only visitors see the last revealed snapshot
