User Story
As a member, I want to give a thumbs up or thumbs down reaction to a comment, so that I can express agreement or disagreement without writing a full reply.
Acceptance Criteria
- Each comment has a thumbs up and a thumbs down button
- A member can give only one reaction per comment (selecting one deselects the other)
- Reaction counts are visible to all connected members
- A member can change or remove their reaction
