SYCL CPU RT Warning: Unknown host CPU.

This system has 2xIntel Arc B580 GPUs.

This image comes from docker: docker pull intel/vllm:xpu and the busywaiting is independent of the model being served.

🐛 Describe the bug

While idle, the server has two CPU cores at 100% CPU, as if busywaiting. Can this be fixed?
