I'm not sure what the issue here? this is the vllm-ascend repo, seems an unrelated issue.

If your mean is that swift should support aarch64/arm64 decord, you should raise a issue on https://github.com/modelscope/ms-swift/issues. BTW, dmlc/decord#297 this might related
