Updates the svelte version to svelte 4;
Updates secondary dependencies to work with svelte 4;
Replaces eslint-config-standard-with-typescript (deprecated) with eslint-config-love;
Note: other larger dependencies such as "Vite" have not been updated due to smaller dependencies not yet supporting them.
Note2: "Stoybook" has not yet been updated to version 8.0 because support for stories.mdx has been removed, requiring more time to refactor.
