Hi, I'm not sure who I'm speaking with, but thank you for your interest in BORICE. I am not sure I understand your question and I need clarification in order to help you. What is your project? Do you have a dataset you have run BORICE on? The BORICE documentation does explain the BORICE output. But the accompanying paper goes much deeper into the BORICE algorithm and calculations.
